These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Onlineisit uptime monitoring service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
2. The Service
The Service checks websites, APIs, and heartbeat endpoints and reports their observed availability and performance. Monitoring results are informational and may be affected by networks, third-party systems, maintenance, or other conditions outside our control.
3. Acceptable use
You may monitor only systems that you own or are authorized to test. You must not use the Service to:
- Break any law or infringe another person's rights.
- Probe, attack, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system.
- Upload malicious content or interfere with the Service or other users.
- Resell, copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except where applicable law permits it.
4. Plans, payments, and renewals
- Features and usage limits depend on your selected plan.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record and processes payments, taxes, receipts, and billing information.

5. Your content and monitoring data
You retain your rights in the URLs, settings, and other information you submit. You give us permission to process that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary and will provide notice of material changes where practical.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and related materials belong to Onlineisit or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when you materially breach these Terms, create a security or legal risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlineisit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
