This Privacy Policy explains how Onlineisit ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our uptime monitoring service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your name and email address, provided when you register or sign in with Google.
- Authentication data — a Google account identifier when you choose Google sign-in, used only to authenticate you.
- Monitoring data — the URLs, endpoints, and settings you configure, plus the check results, response times, and incidents we generate for you.
- Billing information — subscription status and a payment reference. Card details are handled entirely by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — a session cookie to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used for security and reliability.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To run your monitors and send you alerts and reports.
- To process subscriptions and manage your plan.
- To respond to support requests and communicate service updates.
- To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
3. Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is required for the Service to function and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
4. Third-party services
We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that help us run the Service:

- Paddle — our payment provider and Merchant of Record, who processes payments and handles billing data. See the Paddle Privacy Policy.
- Email delivery — our email provider is used to send alerts, reports, and account emails.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the processors listed above, or where required by law.
6. Data retention
We keep your account and monitoring data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights

9. Children
The Service is not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
